Lekha Washington was offered the anchoring in the first IPL season as she was already a VJ on SS Music. She has also had posted the popular show PCO, Connect and the Canadian T20 on international television.

She is a famous South Indian actress and product designer who was one of the hosts of IPL in the maiden season. The owner of Ajji, Lekha has featured in numerous Tamil, Telugu and Kannada films, while also playing a cameo in Anushka Sharma starrer ‘Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandola’.
