Here is the review of Sachin A Billion Dreams

“The God of Cricket” as affectionately termed, Sachin Tendulkar released his biopic “Sachin- A million dreams” on 26th of May. However, A special screening was held for our Cricket Champions and Bollywood stars on Wednesday, 24th of May at a theatre in Versova. It was definitely a perfect send-off in the form of a brilliant inspiration before the Champions Trophy 2017.

A number of Bollywood stars from Amitabh Bachchan to Shahrukh Khan attended the event. Abhishek- Aishwarya, Amir Khan, Sushant Singh Rajput, Kriti Sanon, Anil Kapoor, Ranveer Singh and various other Bollywood starts were all set to be a part of the glorious evening.

The stalwarts of Indian Cricket Team were full of praises and abundance of joy of emotions after watching the biopic. Here are what they had to say:

Virat Kohli– “All the memories from childhood came back. All the inspirational moments that inspired me to become a cricketer. We understood his mindset, so I think it was beautifully compiled and something which is going to be a massive-massive success, especially in our country. I think people are gonna love it. It brings out all the emotions.”

Yuvraj Singh– “I think it was fantastic, very moving. It reminded us of our World Cup victory which was very special and beautiful”

Ravichandran Ashwin – “I wouldn’t call it a movie in the first place, it was a great experience. Over 2 and a half period, Sachin’s movie was significant because it completely showed me my memory lane of Indian Cricket. It was not only a movie of a cricketer, a Champion Cricketer; it was a movie which explained how India has been over the last 25 years.”

MS Dhoni– “Its slightly different from what all of us are used to watching and it’s the man speaking so it’s his side of the story, what he felt at different instances throughout his career. The thing which is to die for is the family videos. I don’t have a lot of family videos. It was very inspiring, very nice. You can see how India changed from where he made his debut to when he retired. “

A number of cricketers tweeted out their emotions saying:

Apart from this, there were a number of champions like Parthiv Patel, Rohit Sharma, Anil Kumble, Harbhajan Singh and Virender Sehwag who missed the premiere. Sehwag being the humorous person he is stated his reason of missing the premiere in a tweet saying,
