The five Indian players namely Rohit Sharma, Navdeep Saini, Rishabh Pant, Shubman Gill and Prithvi Shaw have been isolated from the rest of the Indian squad after a video of potential bio bubble breach was going rounds on Twitter.
The fan, by the name of Navaldeep Singh, paid their $118 bill at Secret Kitchen Chinese restaurant at Chadstone Shopping Centre which he was seen flaunting on Twitter. He even claimed that he interacted with Rishabh Pant and even hugged him which is why CA and BCCI are examining the matter.
5 Indian Players Isolated From Rest Of The Squad
Cricket Australia have now released a statement saying the Indian players have been isolated from the rest of the squad as a precautionary measure. though the players are in isolation, they will still be able to train in accordance with the strict protocols been put in place.

“In accordance with the strict protocols that have been put in place to ensure the ongoing safety of all members of the Indian and Australian squads,” said a Cricket Australia statement.
“The BCCI and CA are investigating the matter and seeking to determine whether the outing constitutes a breach of biosecurity protocols.
The five players will be separated from the rest of the squad even while travelling to the training venue until the investigation is completed.
“In the interim, on the advice of the Australian and Indian medical teams, the aforementioned players have been placed in isolation as a precaution. This will include separating the group of players from the broader Indian and Australian squads when travelling and at the training venue.”
