9 Players to watch out for during Australia -India T20I Series

3. Risbabh Pant

The hard-hitting left-handed batsman Risbabh Pant got chances in the recently concluded T20I series against West Indies at home. He failed to contribute at Kolkata and Lucknow. Chasing 182 runs to win in the 3rd T20I at Chennai, Pant showed promise with his big hitting scoring 58 off 38 balls.

With no MS Dhoni in the squad for this T20I series, Pant would be looking to cement his place in the Indian squad. He made his T20I debut for India in 2017 against England. He has played 7 T20Is and scored 137 runs with the best score of 58.

His ability to hit innovative strokes and put pressure on bowlers makes him a special batsman. He was in a great mood during the Indian Premier League season 11 for Delhi Daredevils, scoring 684 runs from 14 matches with 5 half centuries and 1 half century.

Playing his first Australia tour, Pant would look to impress with his bat and also do the keeping job.
