Chennai Super Kings posted a total of 169/5 in the full quota of 20 overs against the Mumbai Indians. Suresh Raina”s 75 runs off 47 deliveries made a huge difference in their total as the middle order wasn”t able to capitalize on their starts.
Raina hit his 33rd half-century in the cash-rich league and made a statement why he is being called Mr. IPL.
His knock included seven boundaries and four huge sixes. His small cameo with Dhoni was so interesting to watch until the former was dismissed for 26 runs.
Mumbai bowlers bowled the last ten overs exceptionally, as they conceded only 78 runs. Mitchell McClenaghan starred with the ball as he ended with figures 4-0-26-2.
Nonetheless, Raina”s knock was the talk of the town in the social media and this won several hearts on Twitter.
