Ambati Rayudu, the man who played a vital role in the comeback season for Chennai Super Kings failed the Yo yo test at NCA, Bangalore yesterday. This really comes as a shocker as he was expected to make a comeback after a long time.
Rayudu was the leading scorer for the Chennai Super Kings in IPL 2018 amassing 602 runs, his best in a single season. He also scored his maiden century against Sunrisers in the process. While several fans and critics appreciated him for his adaptability at any position in the batting order this news has really hit a storm across their expectations.
Most of the senior players were seen undergoing the test in the nets. Dhoni, Kohli and other seniors were also spotted and reports suggest that they cleared with ease.
