Team India cricketer Shreyas Iyer, who is currently in self-isolation after the ODI against South Africa was called off amid the rise of the coronavirus outbreak recently revealed her female women cricketer. The current women's Indian team have done exceedingly well in recently and also reached the finals of the ICC Women's T20 World Cup 2020 before losing to host Australia.
Meanwhile, Mithali Raj was recently in the headlines when a journalist asked her who was her favourite men's cricketer. The veteran cricketer looked irritated by the journalist to whom she replied that the men’s cricket players are not asked the same, regarding their favourite women’s player.

During that session, a Twitter asked the Mumbai batsman about her female cricketer to which he named Jemimah Rodrigues. The youngster has been a star attraction ever since she made her debut and has cemented her place in the playing XI with a consistent display with the bat.
