The Indian Cricket team 12 man squad for the first T20I against Australia to be played at Gabba, Brisbane from tomorrow onwards has been announced. India and Australia face each other in three-match T20I series, followed by 4 test matches and finally 3 ODI matches.
Shikhar Dhawan, Rohit Sharma, Indian captain Virat Kohli, KL Rahul are the top 4 batsmen in the team. Dinesh Karthik who performed as a wicketkeeper will do the duty of batsman. The young dashing left-handed batsman Pant would be doing the wicketkeeping job for tomorrow’s match.
9 Players to watch out for during Australia -India T20I Series
Krunal Pandya who made its debut during the West Indies T20I series would do the all-rounders job. Manish Pandey, Washington Sundar would miss the first T20I as they were included in 3rd T20I against West Indies.
In the bowling department, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Jasprit Bumrah, young left-arm pacer Khaleel Ahmed would do the duty of pacers job. The left arm Chinamen Kuldeep Yadav is the only spinner. Yuzvendra Chahal has been included in the team as a 12th man. The Indian team would be looking to start the series with a bang.
