Chetan Sharma Breaks Silence On The Rift Between Rohit Sharma And Virat Kohli

Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma

Many alarming findings were made as a result of a sensational sting operation conducted by Zee Media against BCCI Chief Selector Chetan Sharma, including the doping controversy involving Indian cricket and what actually transpired between Sourav Ganguly and the former Indian captain Virat Kohli. Chetan finally addressed up about the rumoured conflict between the current all-format captain Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli, among other fascinating topics.

The Indian fans have been split into two groups since Kohli took over as captain: Rohit fans and Kohli enthusiasts. Even while there was never any conclusive proof of a breach between the two, there were small occurrences here and there that kept this speculation going.

Chetan Sharma revealed what the actual ground truth was when he noted that although there is an ego clash, there isn’t a divide. Chetan stated that this is the relationship between Rohit and Virat by using the big celebrities of the past, Amitabh Bachchan and Dharmendra, as examples. The talks regarding the rupture, according to Chetan, are unfounded because the two have always supported and had one other’s backs.

In the meantime, Rohit and Virat are both legends in Indian cricket, having set records in a variety of formats for the Men in Blue. While Rohit is frequently referred to as the cleanest hitter of the cricket ball, Virat is widely recognised as the greatest batter of this generation.

The current chief selector also disclosed that 80–85% of the team’s players receive injections to feign fitness in order to be chosen for the team during the Chetan Sharma sting operation. It has gotten so bad that even some of the top players have private physicians outside of the cricket board who administer these injections for them.
