The novel coronavirus has taken a toll on daily life and many sporting events have been called off due to its outbreak. The pandemic is the only topic of discussion everywhere around the globe and veteran fast bowler from South Africa Dale Steyn has recently revealed the name of the player with whom he would love to be quarantined.
Meanwhile, the South African cricketers were asked to go into self-isolation after they returned from India amid the coronavirus outbreak. The Proteas cricket team was in the subcontinent to play a three-match One-Day International (ODI) series when it broke out. While the first match was a complete washout in Dharamsala, BCCI decided to call off the last two-matches.

Recently, legendary pacer Dale Steyn spoke on the pandemic and the outcome it has had on the entire human race including the cricketers. When asked with whom he would like to go into quarantine, Steyn picked current South Africa skipper Quinton de Kock.
“ I would love to be in quarantine with someone like Quinny de Kock,” Steyn told ESPNCricinfo.

Divulging more on the reasons to pick de Kock as his choice, Dale Steyn said is a proper chef and staying with him would allow him to watch all the fishing videos the southpaw watches whenever he gets time. The veteran fast bowler also said that de Kock is one of the best people he knows in the entire world.
“He is one of my favourite people in the world. If you walk into his (hotel) room, he’s either making flies for fishing or he is watching a fishing video or he is watching a cooking video. And when you are at his house, he’s doing the same stuff,” Steyn concluded.
