Aakash Chopra in his recent Youtube video spoke about the fact that India needs to be wary of a batting collapse on day four of the Oval Test match. The conditions for the fourth day’s play will be cloudy for the most part of the day. This also means that the ball will seam and swing in the air and off the pitch. Tackling the first session has been India’s problem in this series so far and Chopra has warned Team India about the same thing.
Speaking in his recent Youtube video Aakash Chopra said the Virat Kohli-led side needs to be wary of a batting collapse having already collapsed twice in the series so far.

“Both openers have played out the difficult period. If you see both innings at Lord’s, both innings at Leeds and the first innings here, there have been four to five innings where there have been collapses, so India will have to be wary of a collapse.”
Aakash Chopra further said that Virat Kohli will have to play an important role for India with the bat on day 4. He is batting on 22 with Ravindra Jadeja on 9.
“According to me, it is Virat Kohli. The stage is big and this player is the head. You need a bit more from him to give the winning punch. He has scored half-centuries in his last two innings and the form seems to be coming closer” said Chopra.
Aakash Chopra further said that he expects the Indian skipper to score another fifty on day 4. Kohli scored a fifty on the fifth day of the third Test before getting dismissed which started India’s batting collapse.
“I feel Kohli will score a fifty. He is batting very well, he has played some sumptuous drives. The second new ball, I want him to keep standing, there is some greed also there apart from cricketing logic.”
