Team India off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin has sent a message to pitch invader Jarvo, who was seen coming out on the field at Headingley in Leeds on day 3. Meanwhile, India are currently at 215/2 with Virat Kohli (45) and Cheteshwar Pujara (91) and is trailing by 139 runs.
Ashwin showered praise Cheteshwar Pujara, Rohit Sharma, and skipper Virat Kohli before sending a message to Daniel Jarvis, popularly known as ‘Jarvo‘. Jarvo has been under the spotlight on social media after entering the field multiple times in the ongoing series between India and England.
Jarvo hilariously came out to bat for India on day after Rohit Sharma’s dismissal. Soon, the security guards took him out of the field. Ravichandran Ashwin took to Twitter to write:
“Today’s play was as good as it can get with @ImRo45 @cheteshwar1 @imVkohli and Jaarvo showing great intent and grit! Keep going fellas and stop doing this Jaarvo. #IndvsEng.”

India trail by 159 runs in the second innings
After being bowled out for a paltry 78 in the first innings, Virat Kohli & Co staged a superb comeback. Despite losing KL Rahul early, Rohit Sharma and Cheteshwar Pujara bailed the visitors out of danger. They added 82 runs for the 2nd wickets before Pujara added another 99 runs with skipper Virat Kohli before bad light forced the umpires to call off the day’s play.
It's Stumps on Day 3 of the 3⃣rd #ENGvIND Test at Headingley!
A solid & gritty batting display by #TeamIndia to end the day at 215/2. 👍
