Former Indian captain Virat Kohli is going through a tough phase in his cricketing career. Kohli hasn’t been able to perform as per the standards set by him. Slowly , fans have also started raising questions over the place of Virat Kohli in the Indian team. Virat Kohli would be eager to make a great comeback.

It has been a tough time for diehard fans of Virat Kohli too. They have been waiting since the last 2.5 years for the 71st century of Kohli. However in such tough times , they have continued to back Kohli to come back in form. They eagerly want to see their champion come back in form.

Recently a picture of fan of Kohli distributing food to hungry people has gone viral on social media. The fan wrote “Waiting for Virat 71st Century” on the food packet. It is being said that the fan distributed food because he wants to complete his wish of Virat’s 71st Century.The craze level of Virat Kohli is at another level across the world.

Kohli hasn’t had a good outing with the bat on the ongoing England tour. He managed to score just 31 runs in two innings in the test match and scored just 12 runs in the two T20I matches he played. He also suffered a groin injury due to which he missed the first ODI against England.

Virender Sehwag, Kapil Dev are some of the legendary players who have called for the axing of Kohli from the T20I squad. However, Indian captain Rohit Sharma continued to back Virat Kohli in his rough patch. Rohit Sharma backed the quality and experience of Virat Kohli for T20 WC.

Rohit Sharma in post match press conference said: “Form upar neeche hota hai, player (Virat Kohli) ka quality kabhi kharab nahi hota hai. (There will always be ups and downs in the cricketer’s form but players’ quality will never fade away.) We should always keep this in mind that there is a quality in certain players and we as a team back that quality.”
