On Monday, February 6, with less than three days until the Border-Gavaskar Trophy, Cricket Australia (CA) shared a video from Team India’s infamous 36-over all-out on social media.
CA commented on the post on Twitter:
“All out for 36. The Border-Gavaskar Trophy starts on Thursday! #INDvsAUS.”

Virat Kohli and company lost the first Test against Australia by eight wickets during India’s 2020-2021 tour of Australia. Team India were bowled out for 36 in their second innings, with no batter reaching double figures.
It’s worth noting that the visitors came from behind to win the four-match Test series 2-1 and retain the Border-Gavaskar Trophy. Joe Burns remained unbeaten on 51 as the host easily defeated the target.
CA released the aforementioned video to boost the morale of their team and fans ahead of the much-anticipated Test series. It didn’t sit well with Indian fans, who trolled visitors on the microblogging site.
