Harbhajan Singh was impressed with Mohammad Kaif’s English on Twitter and decided to take a playful dig at his former teammate. Mohammad Kaif was extremely annoyed after India’s awful batting effort against Australia in the pink ball test. Following that Kaif wrote his heart out on Twitter and made some valid points as to why team India was bundled out for just 36 runs.

The former cricketer shared his inputs on Twitter and asserted that test match batting is all about correct technique and temperament which the Indian batting lacked. Interestingly the entire tweet of Kaif was in English to which Harbhajan Singh saw the funny side and decided to pull his leg.

“36/9 came on a bright sunny Adelaide morning and not at twilight as many feared. Pink or red ball, Test match batting is all about correct technique and temperament. Limited over games or limited time at nets can’t prepare you for a Test”, a disappointed Kaif tweeted after India’s loss.

Harbhajan Singh retweeted this and tried to lighten up the mood by writing, “Bhai Sahb itni angreji,” with laughing emojis which made everyone crack a chuckle.

Meanwhile, apart from Kaif, several former Indian cricketers were stunned after seeing India’s batting effort. Everyone expected India batsman to put up a fight on day 3 and give Australia a challenging total to chase in the 4th innings of the pink-ball Test. However fast bowlers Josh Hazelwood and Pat Cummins had other ideas as they ran through the batting line-up of India early on day 3.

The hosts hammered India and won the Test comprehensively by 8 wickets. All India players current and past, as well as the fans, were extremely disheartened after the humiliating loss. The second test between Australia and India will be played on December 26 at MCG where the visitors will be without their skipper Virat Kohli
