Harshal Patel Stuns Everyone With His Live Performance At The RCB Unbox Event

On Sunday, March 26, at the ‘Unbox’ event at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru, pacer Harshal Patel of the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) provided a live performance.

As the team will soon return to its home field for the first time since 2019, RCB organized an “Unbox” event in advance of the IPL 2023 to interact with its supporters. Famous RCB players like Chris Gayle, AB de Villiers, and Virat Kohli attended the event and spoke with the fans there.

This afternoon, squad members participated in their first official practice session while being supported by onlookers in the stands. A few live performances were also planned by the franchise for the audience. Harshal Patel, a bowling all-arounder, performed for the audience while also displaying his guitar-playing abilities.

At the IPL 2022 mega auction, RCB paid a hefty price of 10.75 crores to repurchase Harshal Patel

They kept him for this season. Harshal had a successful season for his team last year after winning the purple cap during the IPL 2021 season. He took 19 wickets from 15 games.

Recently, former India batter Sanjay Manjrekar gave a preview of the RCB team. He believes they have adequate depth and backup options for pace bowlers.

Since Josh Hazlewood is injured, there is some uncertainty regarding his availability. Reece Topley, in Manjrekar’s opinion, is a fantastic backup option for RCB in the event that Hazlewood is sidelined for a while.

Their quick bowling is deep. They still have Topley if Hazlewood is not healthy. Wanindu Hasaranga is available for a spin. They have Harshal Patel and Mohammed Siraj. Even Maxwell can bowl, and their game is flawless. Because of their combined x-factor, RCB has what I consider to be the best bowling attack in this IPL.

The Bengaluru-based team has yet to take home the coveted IPL trophy. This year, they might end the dry spell thanks to a very strong bowling attack.
