In the video, broadcaster Jatin Sapru asks KL Rahul during a lighthearted exchange, “So when you work out, do you guys work out yourselves or do you have a workout buddy?”
KL Rahul replied, “There is no particular buddy, we work out as a team in the gym…” Sapru then asked, “Who is the worst person to work out with? I am presuming Virat…”
Rahul responded smiling, “I enjoyed working out with Virat Kohli. He gets competitive. There’s quite a competitiveness among us.”
Virat Kohli and KL Rahul are two players praiseworthy for their fitness dedication, with Kohli being the extreme case. Rahul, who has just played the 1st Test against South Africa, is also sharing the same commitment. Despite having retired from two formats, in terms of diet, Kohli remains an example as well, especially to the youngsters.
