Here Is How Jofra Archer Found His Lost World Cup Medal?

England fast bowler Jofra Archer had recently admitted that he has misplaced his World Cup medal. Archer had shifted to his new house and has gone mad searching for the medal. After a week of searching, Archer has finally found his World Cup medal. 

In a recent interview with BBC, Archer had disclosed that he had his medal hanging on a portrait. He was continuously trying to found his treasure but was unable to obtain it. He stated, “I know it should be in the house so I will keep my eyes out for it but I’ve gone mad for it already”.

Meanwhile, Jofra Archer updated everyone with a post on Twitter and revealed that he has finally found his lost prized possession. He in his captioned wrote “Randomly searching the guest room and boom” with a picture of his World Cup-winning medal. The Sussex paceman found his medal in the guestroom of his new place.

Archer was drafted into the England side in 2019 just before the World Cup. The fiery fast bowler was the X factor of the England side because of the pace that he generated. He did not disappoint the hosts and was the third-highest wicket-taker in the World Cup last year. He managed to pick 20 wickets in the flagship event at just 23.05 average and was the third most successful bowler. 

Jofra Archer was also given the hard task of bowling the Super over in the World Cup finals at Lord’s. Archer kept his composure on the last ball and defended 2 off the last ball. The game was tied and England on boundary count has crowned champions for the first-ever time.

The bowler was last seen in the first test match against South Africa in the Boxing day test match at Centurion. After the first test, he did not take further part in the Test series due to an injury concern. Archer is also a part of Rajasthan Royal in the India Premier League franchise and will be looking to make an impact for the franchise if the IPL takes place.
