Virat Kohli further solidified his reputation as a run-chase maestro by surpassing Sachin Tendulkar’s record for the most runs in successful ODI run chases. Kohli’s remarkable record of 5,786 runs in 96 innings at an average of 90.40 and a strike rate of 97.16 demonstrates his prowess in ODI cricket, with 23 centuries and 25 half-centuries to his name.
