Famous Youtuber Darren, also known as “IShowSpeed” is also a huge Virat Kohli fan and has travelled to India, supporting the cricketer for the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023.

Darren arrived in Mumbai on Thursday, October 12, 2023. He is touring India and plans to visit the capital, Delhi on Friday. He was seen sporting a Team India jersey featuring Virat Kohli’s name on the back. The Youtuber is known as one of the biggest fans of Cristiano Ronaldo and Virat Kohli. He has expressed his admiration for the Indian cricketer in the past as well. Darren also played cricket at the Oval Maidan in Mumbai with a few of his fans. Several videos and snippets have gone viral on social media.

Virat Kohli gains in ICC’s latest ODI batter’s rankings

Team India batter Virat Kohli has jumped two places in the latest ICC ODI Cricket rankings for the batters. He is now seventh on the table with 715 points, and only the second Indian in the top 10. He was rewarded for his brilliant performance during India’s opening match of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023. The right-hander slammed 85 runs off 116 deliveries, with six boundaries. India won the match by six wickets on the back of Kohli’s brilliant partnership with KL Rahul.

Virat Kohli also played a fine hand in the second game, scoring an unbeaten 55 runs as India defeated Afghanistan by 8 wickets. Overall, the Indian batter has scored 752 runs this year in ODIs at an average of 62.66. He has three centuries and four fifties in the format this year, including an unbeaten 166 against Sri Lanka. He is the third leading run-scorer for India this year in ODI cricket.
