ICC T20 World Cup 2024: [WATCH]- Jasprit Bumrah Bowls A Stunning Delivery To Dismiss Marco Jansen

Jasprit Bumrah created another magical moment by bowling out Marco Jansen during the T20 World Cup 2024 final between India and South Africa in Barbados on Saturday. India was under intense pressure and needed their star bowler, Jasprit Bumrah, to deliver when Rohit Sharma introduced him in the 18th over, with the team nearly on the brink.

Bumrah rose to the occasion with a brilliant delivery that bowled Marco Jansen. Jansen attempted a defensive block, but the ball slipped through the gate and flicked the top of the bail, resulting in a crucial wicket for India.

Before the stunning delivery, the 30-year-old pacer started with a perfect ball to Miller, narrowly missing the off stump. He continued to build pressure with another dot ball, giving Miller no room to capitalize.

The eventful over ended with just a single off the last two balls to Keshav Maharaj, setting the stage for India. Arshdeep Singh followed with a brilliant 19th over, conceding only four runs. Hardik Pandya bowled the final over, successfully defending 16 runs to secure the title for India.

Jasprit Bumrah bowls Reeza Hendricks to give India the first breakthrough in the T20 World Cup final

Star pacer Jasprit Bumrah gave India a fantastic start in the T20 World Cup final against South Africa in Barbados on Saturday, June 29. Bumrah dismissed opener Reeza Hendricks for four runs off five balls with an excellent delivery.

The ball pitched on a good length, and Hendricks positioned himself to play the line. However, it seamed away, squaring up the batter and hitting the top of the off-stump.

Reeza Hendricks’ reaction to Jasprit Bumrah’s delivery was understandable, as there was little he could do about it. The Men in Blue secured the early wicket they desperately needed while defending their total of 176/7.
