Indian Cricketers Are Way Better Than Me, Says Marcus Stoins

The explosives all-rounder from Australia Marcus Stoinis has had a great time with the bat in the recently-concluded Big Bash League (BBL). Recently, he has praised the amount of talent there is in India when it comes to cricketers.

The recent TV Series ‘Test’ released on Amazon Platform on Australian cricket post the sandpaper gate. The series has went on to reveal many dressing room secrets of the Aussie who worked tirelessly to revive their culture of cricket in the country. Stoinis also revealed some of the most hidden aspects of his personal professional life.

In one of the episodes of the series, Marcus Stoinis expressed his astonishment to witness the immense cricketing talent that India possesses. The all-rounder made these comments in the section which showcased India’s memorable 2018-19 tour to Australia where they won the Test series and ODIs with a 2-1 margin after drawing the T20I leg 1-1.

India is the most talented team in the world. Hands down. The players not playing are way more talented than me,” Stoinis said in The Test.

Furthermore, Marcus Stoinis also expressed his love for India and added that he always love playing in the country. Although Stoinis has not been successful enough playing in the subcontinent, he would like to better his statistics in the near future.

“I love playing in India. I love the culture – its unmatched energy. It heightens all your senses. If you can harness all that excitement, that energy there is no way you can rock up there and not be motivated to play,” Stoinis added.
