Indian cricketers Krunal Pandya and Rasikh Dar were the first to check in at the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) team hotel ahead of the remainder of the IPL 2025 season. Their early arrival comes as the tournament is set to resume on Saturday, May 17, following a one-week suspension.
RCB posted a video on their social media platforms capturing the arrival of both players. Krunal was the first to reach, with Rasikh joining shortly after. The video also shows the two warmly embracing upon meeting at the hotel. Towards the end of the clip, Krunal shared a brief message for fans.
“Good to be back. Some unfinished business left. Let’s do it,” Krunal can be heard saying.

RCB Eye Playoff Spot in Crucial Clash Against KKR as IPL 2025 Resumes
As IPL 2025 gets set to resume on Saturday, May 17, Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) are scheduled to face Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) at the Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. Currently positioned second on the points table, RCB have had a strong run this season.
They’ve secured eight wins in 11 matches, accumulating 16 points with only three losses. A victory in their upcoming home game against KKR would push them to 18 points, confirming their place in the playoffs. Notably, they head into the match on the back of four consecutive wins.
However, the recent break raises questions about whether they can maintain their momentum. Adding to the challenge is the likely absence of pacer Josh Hazlewood, who is reportedly expected to miss the remainder of the season.
