Praveen Kumar has announced his retirement from all formats of the game today. Praveen represented India in 6 tests, 68 ODI”s and 10 T20Is respectively. The 32-year old took his social media handle for the announcement and his fans are congratulating him for his second innings.
Praveen was the primary reason behind India”s success at Commonwealth Bank series 2008. Praveen spells in the finals of the tournament made sure to win a triseries for the first time in Australian soil.
Praveen Kumar also represented IPL close to give franchises namely Sunrisers, Kings XI, Mumbai, Royal challengers and Gujarat lions. His bag includes 112 international wickets along with 90 IPL wickets.

On his retirement note, Praveen said “I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who”s supported me wholeheartedly throughout my cricket career, right from my junior cricket days to the highest level. A day comes for every sportsperson, where you have to say goodbye to the beautiful sport that”s been your life for so many years. Today is the start of a new chapter as I start the next journey of my life.” He thanked BCCI and Uttar Pradesh cricket board for making his dreams a reality.
