Chennai Super Kings have arrived at their new home den Pune after Chennai hosted 1 match only in the Indian Premier League season 11. The protestors threw stones at the fans and also behaved badly during the Kolkata Knight Riders versus Chennai Super Kings match played at MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai on 10th April.

Chennai Super Kings will play all their matches at MCA Stadium, Pune. In the last match at Mohali, MS Dhoni showed his class with the bat remaining not out on 79 off 44 balls and almost took CSK to an impossible win. Kings XI Punjab posted a competitive total of 197 for 7. In reply, CSK were struggling with 67 runs needed off 4 overs.

Dhoni produced a magical knock despite having a bad back. Chennai Super Kings fell short of the target by just 4 runs. Under the captaincy of MS Dhoni, CSK has won 2 matches and lost only 1 match so far.
