Rajasthan Royals (RR) who are Back in this year”s IPL after serving a two-year ban due to spot-fixing saga have unveiled their new playing kit in an event in Jaipur.
This year”s most expensive Indian signing in the auction, fast bowler Jaydev Unadkat along with mentor legendary Australian cricketer Shane Warne, under whose leadership the team won the title in 2008 was present for the jersey unveiling ceremony. The new Uniform was presented by the team”s newly appointed skipper Ajinkya Rahane.

The kit has been made by high-quality material along with vibrant blue colour with some great additions to their crest. The logo of title sponsors of the team, JK Lakshmi is in the front of their jersey. With Hodge and Warne back as the mentors of the team, RR are expecting a strong comeback this season.
“For me, it is an honour and privilege to be back. I have some wonderful memories, I got to know the city very well and will never forget. We have such a great squad and Rajasthan feels like home, and I have felt part of the Rajasthan history”, Shane Warne was quoted as saying to the media persons present at the launch.
When asked about the New skipper and composition of the team, Warne was once again full of praises, “It is the best squad that the Royals have put together. I have seen Rahane captain, and we have him as the best captain in the IPL. I am looking forward to helping the guys, it”s been a while since I was involved with the game at this year. We are going to be back with a bang this year” he added.
