1. KL Rahul
The skipper and run machine of Kings XI Punjab, KL Rahul was exceptional in IPL 2020. With the added burden of captaincy Rahul’s batting form never dipped and he ended the season as the leading run-getter. KXIP might have missed out on the playoffs birth but their rise in the second half of the competition was commendable and the credit for that goes to KL Rahul.

2. David Warner ©
The irresistible David Warner has to be part of the IPL 2020 team of the tournament. Not only his batting but his captaincy was commendable throughout the IPL edition. He inspired the Sunrisers Hyderabad and took them deep in the competition. Even with their key players ruled out due to injury, Warner always believed in his side and they once again peaked at the right team.
As always Warner was among the runs and ended the season with the 3 most runs in IPL 2020. Warner’s unreal consistency with the bat continued and he once again enjoyed a 500 plus runs season.

3. Suryakumar Yadav
Selection for the batsman at number 3 was fairly simple as you just can look beyond Suryakumar Yadav. Batting at number 3 Surya played a decisive role in the title win of Mumbai Indians. He just looked in supreme command of his game this season and continued pilling on the runs.
Once Rohit Sharma got injured, Surya made sure that he guided his team home and impressed everyone. A maiden India call-up is not far away for Surya and we might see him soon donning the blue of India.

4. Ishan Kishan
It was a standout season for the pocket size dynamo Ishan Kishan. The youngster stood out in the middle order for Mumbai Indians and ended as their foremost run-getter. Batting at 4 majority of the season this year, Kishan executed big strokes at will against both pace and spin.
The Southpaw struck 30 maximums this year which was the most by any batsman in IPL 2020. The 23-year-old is surely a star in the making and will be keen to go from strength to strength from now point onwards and represent MI for a long time.

5. Ab de Villiers
The legendary Ab de Villiers was the best batsman of Royal Challengers Bangalore in IPL 2020. Even at the age of 36, AB at ease was dominating some of the best bowlers in the world. He single-handedly won few matches for RCB in the league stages and took them into the playoffs after 3 years.

6. Marcus Stoinis
The batting hulk of Delhi Capitals Marcus Stoinis has to feature in the team of the tournament. Stoinis had the best strike rate for DC in this season and was again a game-changer for them in IPL 2020.
On top of that, he bowled some handy overs and managed to pick a total of 13 wickets this season. The all-rounder played a focal role for his side in a successful campaign and they reached their first-ever IPL Final.

7. Hardik Pandya
At number 7 we have gone in with the explosive Hardik Pandya. This season he may have only played as a specialist batsman but once again showcased his incredible gift of clearing the boundary ropes. 8. Yuzvendra Chahal
The magician for RCB with the ball, Yuzvendra Chahal was the 5th leading wicket-taker of IPL 2020. At any stage, Virat Kohli gave the ball to his champion leg spinner he didn’t fail and provided him important break-throughs. No spinner had more wickets than Chahal this season and his wicket-taking ability once again stood out thus making him an automatic selection in the team of the tournament.

9. T Natrajan
The one fast bowler that dazzled everyone in the season was T Natrajan. The left-arm pacer of Sunrisers Hyderabad was a revelation and emerged as the yorker specialist in IPL 2020.
Natrajan bowled the challenging overs for SRH and more often than not he delivered as his side progressed deep in the competition. As a result, Natrajan has now been added in India’s T20 squad for the Australian tour after his exhibition of top-class death bowling.

10. Jasprit Bumrah
Arguably the best bowler in the world today, Jasprit Bumrah was the crown in the jewel of Mumbai Indians. The great fast bowler was at the peak of his powers this year and tormented some of the best batsmen in the world.
Bumrah was lethal with the new ball and unplayable at the death. The leader of the MI bowling attack ended the season with the second-most wickets but had the best influence out of all the bowlers. He was one of the first picks in the side as he often was the difference between the two sides when he played in IPL 2020.

11. Kagiso Rabada
Last but certainly not the least is the strike force of Delhi Capitals, Kagiso Rabada. The South African has always among the wickets this season and played an integral role in taking DC to the finals. He was the purple cap holder and ended the season with the most wickets.
