Dhoni led a special master class for the young players of SRH after the IPL 2023 match. Ian Bishop’s reaction to the act was priceless.

There is a good reason why every young cricketer in the world aspires to play in the Indian Premier League.

Along with giving young people a chance to show the world what they are capable of. The tournament also gives them a chance to benefit from the knowledge of some of the greatest players or game legends.

On Friday night, after the IPL 2023 match at the Chepauk Stadium, MS Dhoni held a special master class for SRH young players. Ian Bishop, a former West Indies pacer gave the act a priceless response.

CSK maintained their winning streak against SRH on Friday with a seven-wicket victory, their second at home in the current IPL. After the game, the cameraman captured Dhoni with most likely every young member of the SRH unit. The CSK skipper had their undivided attention as they listened to him.

Umran Malik, a pace phenom was positioned in the middle as Dhoni spoke animatedly with the players. He was also observed talking in depth with Abdul Samad. Who has long been regarded as SRH’s finisher but has yet to deliver a memorable performance.

The commentators remarked as the cameras displayed footage of Dhoni interacting with the SRH players: “Look at that. That image is amazing. All of the present youths are attentive to the guru’s brief remarks”.

Bishop, a former West Indies player, later tweeted the video, writing: “That footage of MSD with the SRH guys at the end of the CSK vs. SRH TATAIPL2023 game was super. Students are soaking up every word the teacher says”.

Although SRH’s bowlers were extremely impressive in holding the hosts in check during the 135-run chase. Dhoni’s team completed with eight balls remaining as it was an emphatic victory for CSK.

With his three-wicket haul, Ravindra Jadeja was the standout bowler and Devon Conway led CSK in scoring with an unbeaten 77.

With net run rate serving as the deciding factor, CSK is now third in the standings with eight points in six games. Surpassing both the top-placed Rajasthan Royals and the second-placed Lucknow Super Giants.
