IPL 2023: Rishabh Pant Cheers Delhi Capital From Pavillion Stands

IPL 2023

Rishabh Pant

In a surprise appearance at Aruj Jaitley Stadium during the Delhi Capitals versus Gujarat Titans game, Rishabh Pant delighted his supporters and well-wishers in the IPL 2023.

Since being involved in a nearly fatal car accident in December last year, Rishab Pant has not been seen in public until now.

The Indian wicketkeeper was visible sitting in the pavilion stand with his friends and cheering his team up in the viral video clip. He supported his Delhi Capitals team, playing Gujarat Titans at home.

In an SUV, Rishab Pant arrived at the Delhi stadium. The Delhi Capitals team’s logo was printed on the front of the former captain’s white t-shirt. As he is still recovering from knee surgery, he also clutched his legs.

His arrival was marked by the words “Miss you RP” written on a large banner by Delhi Capitals supporters.

After Rishabh Pant was suspended from the IPL for this season, David Warner became the Delhi Capitals’ captain.

He advised that the hurt Pants get the proper rest. Rishabh should go “slow and easy,” Warner advised. The Indian batter, however, was animated in his support for his team. He promised David Warner to do his best to attend the game and support his team.

To keep his fans informed about his steady return to health, Rishabh Pant is making a quick recovery. He has a long way to go before returning to the field of play, though.

In Roorkee, Uttrakhand, in December 2022, while Rishabh Pant was dozing off, his car struck a divider.

When Rishabh Pant’s car caught fire, locals intervened to save him. A significant ligament tear in his right knee was among the serious wounds he received.
