1. RR openers vs Mohammed Shami

Mohammed Shami has drawn attention to himself in the IPL 2023 with his scorching deliveries. That is the most by a bowler in this phase, he now has 12 Powerplay wickets. It will be interesting to see how he performs in comparison to RR openers Yashasvi Jaiswal and Jos Buttler.

While Buttler’s exploits cannot be discounted, Jaiswal ranks second in IPL 2023 in terms of runs. Buttler has already been struck out twice by Shami.

2. Yuzvendra Chahal vs Hardik Pandya

With the bat thus far, Hardik Pandya has had mixed results. To take on Pandya, RR might use their secret weapon, Yuzvendra Chahal. The veteran leggie and the GT swashbuckler have not had the best of results.

Chahal has three times claimed his wicket in 10 IPL games. Pandya has only amassed 48 runs, and that too at a strike rate of 87.27 per cent.

3. David Miller vs Sandeep Sharma

Sandeep Sharma, an Indian seamer, has reemerged during the current IPL season. In order to confuse the batters, the right-arm pacer has bowled some tight lines.

Against the volatile David Miller, he hoped to repeat this.
Notably, Sandeep has twice eliminated Miller from the IPL in the space of 11 balls. Sandeep is the target for 118/point-18 of Miller’s strikes.
