Mitchell Santner played only 3 games In IPL 2024

Mitchell Santner’s IPL career has been quite short. He had a total of 3 matches last IPL season for the Chennai Super Kings and grabbed 2 wickets. Even though Santner did not get much game time in the IPL, it has shown some light regarding what one can achieve.

Thus, after 5 years with the Super Kings, Santner has amassed just 18 games and 15 wickets. He doesn’t boast of impressive IPL figures, but his international exposure and skills make Santner a treasure in itself. He will definitely be a hot chicken in front of teams at the auction, gearing up for the strengthening of the spin department.

So, Santner did not play much in the IPL, but having reviewed his full credentials as a cricketer, he stands as an attractive prospect, and what is more, one could contribute with one’s bat and ball to about any team backed by years of experience of playing for New Zealand.
