Devdutt Padikkal’s Technique Is Similar To Hayden- Chris Morris

Recently his RCB teammate Chris Morris gave him a huge compliment and compared his batting style with Matthew Hayden. The RCB all-rounder believes that much like Hayden, young Padikkal too has an imposing figure when he bats.

He further pointed out that Padikkal much like the former great Aussie batsman has a similar technique and backs himself when he bats.

”Devdutt Padikkal, batting with Aaron Finch, he has been incredible. He has got a similar imposing way of batting like Matthew Hayden. Obviously, he has not got the size of Hayden. Hayden has a huge chest. But definitely, he has got a similar technique and hits the cricket ball. The way he moves on the field, the way he conducts himself all the time. You look at him, he has got something.” Chris Morris said as quoted by Hindustan Times.
