Racist slurs have been one of the most debated topics even though we have entered the 21st century. Recently, England fast bowler Jofra Archer was subjected to racial comments and took to social media to condemn it. “I (have) given a lot of thought about reacting to this and I hope that no one else has to deal with stuff like this on a regular basis, it isn’t ever acceptable and should be addressed properly in my opinion.
“I will never understand how people feel so freely to say these things to another human being it baffles me,” he added.

Meanwhile, speaking about cricket, Jofra Archer sustained a stress fracture of the right elbow during the first Test of England’s series in South Africa at the start of the year. As a result, he missed the next three Tests, the subsequent T20I series and was not considered for selection for England’s two-Test series in Sri Lanka later this month.
The English cricketer is unlikely to take part in the forthcoming Indian Premier League, which was postponed until April 15 in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.
