Preview: U19 World Cup Final- India vs Bangladesh

Defending Champions India are all set to play Bangladesh in the finals of the U19 World Cup on Sunday in Potchefstroom, South Africa. 

Indian team led by the young Uttar Pradesh batsman Priyam Garg would like to win their 5th U19 World Cup finals where as Bangladesh would like to improve their performance in the finals. This will also be Bangladesh's first appearance in the finals of the U19 World Cup. 

India have had a smooth run into the finals as the boys in blue have defeated New Zealand, Sri Lanka, Australia in the Quarter-finals and Pakistan in Semi-Finals. India all on occassion have bowled out the opposition and haven't all wickets in a game. 

The Indians look a very settled team with Yashasvi Jaiswal and Divyansh Saxena at the top with Tilak Varma, Priyam Garg, Dhruv Chand Jurel in the middle with Atharva Ankolekar and Ravi Bishnoi in the spin department. Kartik Tyagi, Sushant Mishra and Akash Singh have formed a formidable pace bowling trio and have looked in good touch. 

Pace bowler Kartik Tyagi would like to continue his form with the new ball. Kartik Tyagi has continuously clicked 140+ and has got good support from Sushant Mishra and Akash Singh. 

On the other hand , first time enterants Bangladesh have had a good run in the tournament as well. Bangladesh topped Group C after defeating Zimbabwe and Scotland comprehensively and then went to defeat hosts South Africa in the quarter-finals and New Zealand in the semi-finals of the U19 World Cup.

Bangladesh have been led very well by their captain Akbar Ali. Shoriful Islam and Shamim Hossain will lead the bowling attack. 

The final will be a chance for India to prove their dominance in the U19 World Cup, where as it is a chance for Bangladesh to prove all the odds wrong and win the tournament for the first time.
