Process is more important than the result , stresses Dhoni

On his first commercial appearance after the heart-breaking CWC semi-final, Dhoni once again stressed that the process is very important than the result.

It is to be noted that during his captaincy tenure, Dhoni always focussed on the importance of the process. Several tactical moves were followed by him on the field and paved way for experimentation.

If it’s a Test match, you have two innings, you get slightly longer duration to plan out your next move. In T20s, everything happens very quickly, so demands are different. It might be an individual, who has committed a mistake or it might be the whole team. May be we didn’t execute the plan whatever the format may be,” said Dhoni at Delhi.

MS also responded to his emotions on the field. He is always known for his calm and composed nature during the game. Speaking on the same, he said: “I am like everyone else, but I control my emotions better than some of the other individuals.”

“I would say, I feel equally frustrated. I also feel angry at times, disappointed. But what is important is that none of these feelings are constructive,” added Dhoni.

Dhoni and his inclusion

Dhoni hasn”t been a part of any limited over series after the World Cup. In the initial two months, he took a sabbatical to be with the Indian army.

Several pictures of his vacation in the USA alongside Kedar Jadhav surfaced online, but no answers could be obtained on his further inclusion.

It will be interesting if he will take part in the T20I series against Bangladesh at home.
