Former India opener Sachin Tendulkar and Virender Sehwag are two of the living legends to have played the game. Their contribution to Indian cricket over two decades is unparalleled. Recently, Rohit Sharma came up with a hilarious answer when asked to chose between Tendulkar and Sehwag.

Meanwhile, the swashbuckling opener has been one of the most active cricketers on social media during this lockdown. Apart from doing a few Instagram live with fellow cricketers, Rohit has done a couple of question-answer session with the fans to stay connected with them.

Rohit Sharma picks between Tendulkar and Sehwag

During a recent session, a fan asked Rohit Sharma to pick between Sachin Tendulkar and Virender Sehwag. He faced a selection dilemma while naming his choice. Finally, Rohit came up with a hilarious response to leave the fans in splits.

“Marwao ge kya (will you get me killed),” Rohit replied.

Meanwhile, Rohit Sharma share a great bond with Sachin Tendulkar and Virender Sehwag. He has not played much of international cricket with them but worked with Tendulkar in Mumbai Indians. Interestingly, Rohit replaced the opener from Delhi in 2013 which changed his career for better.

Furthermore, he also added that the upcoming day-night Test against Australia will be challenging. India will tour Australia for a four-match Test series starting from December 3 in Brisbane. So far, they have played only one pink-ball Test last year against Bangladesh at the Eden Gardens.

Meanwhile, Rohit Sharma sustained an injury during the five-match T20I series against New Zealand. Subsequently, he missed the ODI and Test series where India suffered humiliation against the host. Rohit will have to appear for a fitness test at the National Cricket Academy to make him available for selection when cricket resumes.
