Simplicity Esports Secure Joint Venture With ESTV

Simplicity Gaming and Esports

North American Esports Organization, Simplicity Esports, and Gaming announced their joint venture partnership with the global streaming platform, ESTV. Through this joint venture partnership deal, they will be able to host a number of Ultimate Gaming League and Fortnite Box Fighting Championship events.

Simplicity Gaming will be hosting online events as well as special offline events which will be held at Simplicity Esports’s gaming centres in the presence of celebrity athletes and rappers.

While Simplicity is hosting these events, ESTV will be responsible for providing streaming and broadcasting services and will provide them with production solutions for the joint venture events. According to their press release, at least four events will be held, as a part of their partnership.

Roman Franklin, Simplicity Esports’s CEO, spoke about the partnership deal:

“I am excited to partner with the team at ESTV. Eric Yoon has created a prominent global platform for esports and gaming content that can be watched via Roku, Amazon Fire, Sling, and many other providers in over 40 countries.

“To date, ESTV has logged more than 29.6 Million unique viewers with over 124.8 Million minutes watched.”

Eric Yoon, the CEO of ESTV, said via a press release :

“We are thrilled to partner with Simplicity Esports to host and create exciting events and tournaments for gamers as well as content utilising Simplicity Esports gaming centres as ESTV’s production facility and studio for our celebrity-focused esports league, the Ultimate Gaming League.”

Simplicity Esports and Gaming has a number of professional teams competing across various esports titles. It was the founder in the year 2021 and it’s currently valued at a net worth of $15.66 Million American Dollars. Simplicity Gaming also owns sixteen gaming esports centres across the globe.
