India will enter the 3rd and final T20I game with a lot of trouble. A total of 9 Indian players are in isolation after Covid-19 spread in camp. Meanwhile, Krunal Pandya was tested positive for Covid-19 and a total of 9 players were in close contact with the all-rounder. The list of players includes Hardik Pandya, Suryakumar Yadav, Prithvi Shaw, Deepak Chahar, K Gowtham, Ishan Kishan, Yuzvendra Chahal, and Manish Pandey.
India’s batting will be the biggest problem in the 3rd encounter as India only has 5 batsmen in the team. Out of those 5 batsmen, only Shikhar Dhawan has a good amount of international experience. On the other side, Sri Lanka has all the players available in the camp so they can make all the changes they need.

Match — Sri Lanka vs India 3rd T20I
Date – July 29, 2021
Time – 8:00 PM IST
Venue – R.Premadasa Stadium, Colombo.
Pitch Report
The pitch at the R Premadasa Stadium usually slows down as the match progresses, a similar thing will happen in the 3rd encounter. Powerplay will be crucial as teams will be looking forward to scoring good runs in the powerplay.
Also, spinners and pacers with a good change in pace deliveries will be game-changers on the surface. Once again 160 run mark will be a par score in the match. However, India would like to bat first as they don’t have a good batting depth.
Also with a good bowling unit, they would like to defend the target.

Match Prediction of Sri Lanka vs India: 3rd T20I
For the first time, India will be entering the game as a comparatively weaker side. Sri Lanka will field their best XI in the third game to beat Shikhar Dhawan-led India and win the series. Sri Lanka has a decent bowling unit and bowlers like Wanindu Hasaranga and Dushmantha Chameera are in good form.
Meanwhile, India only has 5 batsmen in the team, even slight mistakes by the top 5 batters will create difficulties for team India. However, India also has good bowling and if batters do well India will also have a chance to win the match.
So looking at the current scenario, Sri Lanka is a better side. So expect Dasun Shanaka-led Sri Lanka to win the match and clinch the series victory.
