Star Indian pacer Jasprit Bumrah has been ruled out of the limited-overs against England. Bumrah suffered a thumb injury in the T20 series against Ireland. It is to be noted that he hadn”t played the second T20I yesterday due to the same.
This will be a huge blow to the Indian team as Bumrah has been one of the most consistent bowlers in the shorter formats of the game. He alongside Bhuvaneshwar Kumar has troubled the opposition for sometime in the Internationals. However, he is expected to be for the test series starting from August 1.
Bumrah had a memorable outing in the test series against Southafrica earlier this year. He even got his maiden five-wicket haul in the third test at Johannesburg.
