Steve Smith & Pat Cummins make gains in ICC Test Rankings

A brilliant display of 92 in the second Ashes test helped Steve Smith climb to the second spot in ICC test rankings. Smith (913)is now just 9 points behind the Indian skipper Virat Kohli(922).

Steve Smith continued his fine form as in Birmingham as he looked solid at the Lord”s. While everything was going as per his plans, a bouncer off Jofra Archer came out of the syllabus. The southpaw left the crease but made after being struck on the head. Even after his return, he looked good for a century but was deceived by Chris Woakes.

Pat Cummins right at the top
