India’s T20 captain Suryakumar Yadav and all-rounder Shivam Dube have been named in Mumbai’s 18-member squad for their upcoming Ranji Trophy quarterfinal match against Haryana, set to begin on February 8. Both players were recently part of India’s 5-match T20I series against England, which the hosts convincingly won 4-1.
Despite their national commitments, Suryakumar and Dube have already featured in one Ranji Trophy game this season, as Mumbai aims to defend its title. The team secured a quarterfinal berth after a dominant innings and 456-run victory over Meghalaya, joining Jammu and Kashmir from Elite Group A in the knockout stage.

Suryakumar previously represented Mumbai in their fixture against Maharashtra in October, while Dube played in the star-studded squad that featured Rohit Sharma and Yashasvi Jaiswal. However, Mumbai suffered a shock defeat to Jammu and Kashmir in a home match last month. With 42 Ranji Trophy titles to their name, Mumbai will now face Haryana, who topped Group C, at the Chaudhary Bansi Lal Cricket Stadium in Lahli, Rohtak.
