Bollywood Actress Urvashi Rautela has replied to Rishabh Pant’s Instagram story. Pant had posted a story after Urvashi’s interview with Bollywood Hungama went viral. In the video, she was talking about a certain ‘Mr. RP’ who waited for hours in a hotel lobby to meet her. Urvashi added that she had received 16-17 phone calls from Mr. RP.

Urvashi said: “I was shooting in Varanasi, and I had a show in New Delhi thereon, so I had to take a flight. In New Delhi, I was shooting a full day, and after about 10 hours of shooting, when I went back, I had to get ready, and you know that girls take a lot of time to get ready. Mr. RP came, he sat in the lobby, and waited for me, and he wanted to meet. I was so tired that I dozed off to sleep, and I didn’t realize that I had received so many calls.” 

“So, when I woke up, I saw 16-17 missed calls, and I felt so bad that someone was waiting for me, and I didn’t go. Out of respect, because a lot of girls don’t care about making someone wait, out of that show of respect, I told him that let’s meet when you’ll come to Mumbai. We met in Mumbai, and the paps surrounded us, and the other day it became such big news.”

Later, Rishabh Pant took to his Instagram story and said: “It’s funny how people lie in interviews just for some meagre popularity and for hitting headlines. Sad how some people are so thirsty for fame and name. May God bless them. #merapichachorhoBehen #jhutkibhilimithotihai”

Pant deleted the story after some time.

In response to Rishabh Pant’s story, Urvashi Rautela has now posted on Instagram:

“Chotu bhaiyaa (young brother) should play bat ball ot…main koyi munni nahi hoon badnaam hone (I am no naive girl to be defamed) with young kiddo darling tere liye #RAKSHABANDHAN mubarak ho.” She also added hastags – RP CHOTU BHAIYYA (young brother) Cougar Hunter and Don’t take advantage of a silent girl.

Hindi cinema actress Urvashi Rautela grabbed the headlines around the same time last year for her link-up with star Team India cricketer Rishabh Pant. The fans have dug out the rumours after the actress denied knowing any cricketer during a recent question-answer session on social media.

Rautela and Pant’s dating rumours were one of the most debated topics in the country last year. Though both the cricketer and actress never breathed a word regarding the same, many news portals reported the story of Rishabh blocking the Bollywood diva to cut all the ties with her. Reportedly, Rishabh Pant blocked Urvashi Rautela from his social media and other platforms as he didn’t want to take things forward between them.

The actress, who is quite popular on social media hosted a question-answer session on March 31 on Instagram where she answered various queries for her fans regarding her personal and professional life. The 27-year-old managed to divert all the limelight towards herself with her answer. The film star asserted that she isn’t into watching cricket at all and thus doesn’t know any player but has a deep respect for the legendary Sachin Tendulkar and current Indian cricket team captain Virat Kohli.

“Favourite cricketer?” – a fan had asked the actress. “I don’t watch cricket at all so don’t know any cricketers. I have deep respect for Sachin Sir & Virat sir,” she replied.

Urvashi Rautela’s answer grabbed a lot of attention on social as fans soon dug out her past link-ups with Rishabh Pant. It also initiated a meme fest on Twitter and Instagram with various people coming up with hilarious views regarding the whole situation.

Meanwhile, after a fantastic stint in the India jersey, Rishabh Pant will be next seen in action during the IPL 2021 which will commence on April 9. Pant will lead Delhi Capitals in this season in place of Shreyas Iyer, who has been ruled out of the entire tournament owing to a dislocated shoulder.

Delhi Capitals will begin their campaign against Chennai Super Kings on April 9 at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.
