Not many cricket fans would have thought that Binny would hold the record of best bowling figures. Binny took the crucial wickets of Mushfiqur Rahim, Mahmudullah, and Nasir Hossain. Stuart Binny bowled two maiden overs in his spell of 4.4 overs. However, Binny couldn’t replicate such performances further in his career.
2. Anil Kumble (6/12)
Former Indian captain Anil Kumble is in the second position on this list. Kumble registered bowling figures of 12 runs for six wickets against West Indies in 1993. Eden Gardens Stadium in Kolkata was the historical ground where Kumble bowled this amazing spell.

3. Jasprit Bumrah (6/19)
Indian superstar pacer Jasprit Bumrah was his best in the first ODI against England at the Oval. He made full use of the green pitch and overcast conditions. He scalped six wickets and gave away just 19 runs in 7.2 overs. It helped the Indian team restrict England to 110 runs.
Bumrah picked crucial wickets of Jason Roy, Jonny Bairstow, Joe Root, and Liam Livingstone. England batsman didn’t have any answers for Bumrah. Indian team eventually won the match by 10 wickets. Bumrah was awarded the Player of the Match award for his brilliant bowling performance.

Earlier Nehra wasn’t supposed to play the match due to injury, but the left-arm pacer decided to give his everything for the Indian team. The former cricketer picked the crucial wickets of Michael Vaughan, Naseer Hussain, Alex Stewart and Paul Collingwood. Nehra helped India defend the target of 251 runs and gain two crucial points in ODI WC 2003.
5. Kuldeep Yadav (6/25)
Kuldeep Yadav ran through the England batting line-up in the first ODI of their England tour in 2018. Kuldeep grabbed six wickets and gave just 25 runs in his spell of 10 overs against England. Kuldeep is a chinaman bowler, which is a rare breed in international cricket and England batsmen didn’t have any clue of Kuldeep Yadav.
When Kuldeep came to bowl, England was in a dominating position after scoring 70 runs in powerplay without loss of any wicket. But Kuldeep Yadav completely damaged the top order of England. It helped the Indian team restrict England to 268 runs. The Men in Blue comfortably won the match by eight Wickets.
