Indian veteran left-arm, the fast bowler, Ashish Nehra earlier today announced his retirement from all forms of cricket after the first T20 international on November 1 against New Zealand at his home ground Feroz Shah Kotla in New Delhi. Nehra confirmed the speculations about his retirement in a press conference today and added that this decision would mean that he will never play competitive cricket of any type including IPL after his retirement.
The 38-year old senior campaigner who is also a part of the ongoing T20 series between India and Australia but hasn”t played a game yet is expected to take part in the game against New Zealand on November 1 which will conclude his long and successful career.
