Indian opener Rohit Sharma wished the U19 Indian team on behalf of the entire squad from South Africa.
The explosive opener in a press conference at Durban lauded the IndianU19 team for their efforts and the performance they put on the field.

Speaking to the media he mentioned “We have been following their journey and they are playing good cricket. We thought that they have something special in them. With Dravid being the coach, they will be able to give their best”.

Hitman also put forward the world-class fast bowling of the U19 team. He mentioned “They have destroyed the opposition in every match and their fast bowling has been impressive and everybody are talking about it”

It is to be noticed that the Indian U19 team have won all the five matches en route to their finals and rattled the opposition in every match by picking 50 wickets thus making a clean sweep of wickets. Thanks to Nagarkoti, Ishan, and Navi for their unplayable deliveries.
India will face Australia in the final of the ICC tournament at Mount Maunganui tomorrow. The match will begin at 6:30 IST and is expected to be viewed by millions around the world.

Rohit who is ranking number 4, in the recently released ICC ODI batsman rankings is expected to perform well in the South African conditions where his average is pretty low when compared to other venues.
