The defending Champions Mumbai Indians have got a new bus to travel for practice. The bus shows the different emotions of player with title Game on and Emotions on. The players and support staff are happy with bus makeover which shows little funny and happy.
Mumbai Indians will open their IPL account against Chennai Super Kings in the opening match at Wankedhe Stadium, Mumbai on 7th April. Under the leadership of Rohit Sharma, Mumbai Indians have bought Evin Lewis, Ben Cutting, Pat Cummins, Ishan Kishan, Akila Danajaya, Mustafizur Rahman, Kieron Pollard.
They have top quality Indian players which include captain Rohit Sharma, Ishan Kishan, Rahul Chahar, Jasprit Bumrah. It will be a big test for Mumbai Indians to defend their title that they won against Rising Pune Super giants last year by just 1 runs. Under the captaincy of Rohit Sharma, Mumbai Indians won their third IPL title.
Mumbai Indians won their previous two IPL titles in 2013 and 2015. They have appointed Lasith Malinga as their bowling coach for IPL 11, they have Shane Bond, Mahela Jayawardene in the support staff.
Evin Lewis and Rohit Sharma will be important for Mumbai Indians chances in IPL 11. In the bowling department, Bumrah and Rahman would be key for their chances of winning matches in this year’s edition. Mumbai Indians fans would be looking for their home team to perform like a champion and also provide a solid start to the tournament winning against Chennai Super Kings.
Mumbai Indians decided to retain Hardik Pandya, Jasprit Bumrah and Rohit Sharma in the retention list. After the 2018 IPL auctions, the owners bought new players. Rohit Sharma will be looking to play with positive intent and make sure the defending Champions to create pressure on other teams with their fearless play.
