Virat Kohli all set to unveil his Wax statue at this iconic museum

Virat Kohli is currently spending some time with his family at Delhi and Mumbai. His county stint was ruled out due to an injury but “cheeku” is confident enough to hit the nets in a short span of time.

Meanwhile, Kohli is all set to get his wax statue at Madame Tussauds museum, Delhi.

The Indian icon has been one of the prolific finds since the past decade and his statue will be the fourth among the sports personalities including the likes of Sachin Tendulkar, Lionel Messi and Legend Kapil Dev.

Kohli expressed his gratitude to the artists who took over 200 measurements in the month of March to replicate his features in the statue. An excited Kohli posted a video on his Instagram account where he invited his fans to click selfies with his statue from June 6.

It is to be noted that Virat has been one of the finest batsmen in all three formats of the game. His dedication, passion and brilliance are three factors that made him a modern-day legendary batsman.

Sans cricket, he always keeps motivating the youth to indulge in exercise and strength training activities to remain fit and healthy. He has been creating an impact on the youth in many ways and the fans are really proud of his International outings.

The skipper will not be a part of the one-off test against Afghanistan due to a neck injury. He will be undergoing a fitness test on June 15 and the results will be a deciding factor in confirming his overseas tours to Ireland and England.
