Virat Kohli does one-hand push-ups, challenges fans to do the same

The men in blue skipper Virat Kohli is known all over the for the world for his batting abilities, but his tight fitness regimes help him to be in shape and he rarely misses his fitness schedule. Kohli is one of the fittest players in the world cricket right now.

The cricketer from Delhi is often seen sharing videos from fitness sessions on his social media accounts to encourage his fans to keep themselves fit. On the eve of the first match between India and Australia, he was seen sharing a video where he was seen performing one-hand push-ups.

The 28-year-old cricketer from his official Twitter account posted a video for his fans all over the world where he was seen practicing one-hand push-ups as a part of his fitness regimes. He also urged his fans to try this unique style of push-ups. He wrote, “How many one-handed push-ups can you do? #TrainToLive #LiveToTrain.”

Kohli has inspired one and all with his strict fitness schedule and has brought a new dimension to the Indian cricket team. Following their leader, many players have also started posting their fitness video to inspire the general public to concentrate on their fitness to improve their mental and physical stability.

Kohli was in magnificent form in the Sri Lanka series scoring his 30th-century equaling Australian legend Ricky Ponting’s record. Only the master blaster Sachin Tendulkar is ahead of him with 49 ODI centuries.

However, Kohli couldn’t continue his good form in the first match of the series courtesy a one-handed blinder from Glenn Maxwell of Nathan Counter-Nile’s delivery. However, India won the rain-affected match by 26 runs with Pandya getting the man of the match award for his blistering knock of 83 runs and two wickets with the ball.
