‘Behave Responsibly’, Virat Kohli Urges Everyone To Follow All Covid-19 Regulations Strictly

Virat Kohli has urged all the citizens of the country to behave responsibly during the current Covid-19 peak. In the last few weeks coronavirus cases have grown rapidly in India which is why lockdown has been once again enforced in various parts.

Even after a year of living in Covid-19 times several people are being careless and are still not wearing face masks. There’s absolutely no such thing as social distancing in various parts which is why Covid is once again taking several lives.

The India and RCB skipper Virat Kohli is currently one of the most loved figures in the country which is why he has come ahead and encouraged everyone to follow all necessary Covid-19 protocols to protect themselves.

In recent times many sportspersons have been tested COVID-19 positive. After which they have requested everyone to avoid large gatherings and wearing face masks whenever they step out of their houses.

From Sachin Tendulkar, Harmanpreet Kaur, amongst others, have fallen unhealthy, making one recognise that the deadly virus, perhaps has got little to do with immunity.

Today in a video posted by Delhi Police on Twitter, Kohli made a serious appeal to all the citizens to obey Covid-19 etiquette and “wear a mask, keep social distance & hand hygiene”.

“As you all know, Covid cases are on the rise in India again. If you’re venturing out for essential services, please wear a mask. Please maintain social distancing. Please keep sanitizing your hands. Taking these precautions is very necessary”, Kohli said in the video.
