[WATCH]- Actress Reacts After Virat Kohli’s Accidental Social Media Like Goes Viral During IPL 2025

Bollywood actress and social media personality Avneet Kaur recently addressed the buzz around Virat Kohli liking her photo during IPL 2025. Fans had spotted the former India captain’s like on one of Kaur’s fan-run Instagram pages, sparking widespread chatter.

Kohli later clarified the situation, explaining through an Instagram story that the like was unintentional. At the trailer launch of her upcoming film Love in Vietnam, a reporter indirectly brought up the matter by asking Kaur how she felt about receiving likes on her pictures from several high-profile celebrities.

Reacting to the question, Kaur stated:

“Milte rahe pyaar bas. Aur kya bolun? (Let the love keep coming. What else do I say?)”

“I’d like to clarify that while clearing my feed, it appears the algorithm may have mistakenly registered an interaction. There was absolutely no intent behind it. I request that no unnecessary assumptions be made. Thank you for your understanding.”

Virat Kohli Gears Up For Australia Tour With Intense Practice At Lord’s

Virat Kohli is currently active in just one international format—the ODIs. He retired from T20Is after India’s 2024 T20 World Cup victory and concluded his Test career in May 2025. India’s next ODI assignment is a three-match series against Australia, starting in Perth on October 19.

Kohli was recently spotted preparing for the tour with a net session at Lord’s in London and took time to click pictures with fans after training. Virat Kohli last featured in IPL 2025, finishing as RCB’s top run-scorer with 657 runs in 15 innings. The Bengaluru-based team clinched their first-ever men’s title by defeating Punjab Kings (PBKS) in the final.
